CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates)
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) is a volunteer organization that trains and organizes people to assist the Alaska Court System in making decisions about the placement of children. This is an opportunity to connect with children who are caught up in the legal system through no fault of their own, and help our judges make decisions that are best for the child. If you are interested in hearing more about how you can help with this, come to our information meeting, May 25, at 7 PM, in the prayer room. Contact Jim Strutz in the church office for more information. 344-2141.
